Final Steps
Tag the subscriber automatically when they submit the form, so you know in future that they’ve done so. Here’s how:
- Create a tag in your CRM.(Contacts > tags > add new). The tag name could be ‘Downloaded Lead Magnet’
- Edit the subscriber form > Settings & Integration > Configure Integration
- Add New Integration > Fluent CRM Integration
- Next to ‘Email Address’ – select the form field (choose ‘Email’ field). This maps the field on the form to the CRM
- Scroll down to ‘Contact Tags’ – select the tag you created
- click ‘Save Feed’
Your subsciber will now appear in your CRM be tagged in your CRM when they submit the form!
