Fonts
Choosing the right fonts for your website is an art that significantly impacts its overall aesthetic and readability. Typically, it’s recommended to use two fonts – one for headings and another for body text – although you can opt for the same font for both to maintain consistency. However, using distinct fonts can further enhance your brand’s uniqueness compared to others.
The first consideration is whether you prefer Serif or Sans Serif fonts. Serif fonts feature small decorative lines or strokes at the ends of letterforms, giving them a traditional and elegant appearance. In contrast, Sans Serif fonts lack these decorative lines, offering a clean and modern look that emphasizes simplicity and readability.
For your website, we will utilize Google Fonts, which offers an extensive selection of high-quality typefaces. You’ll have access to both serif and sans-serif options, each with various styles and weights, providing a diverse range of possibilities. Moreover, Google Fonts are specifically optimized for web usage, ensuring quick loading times and consistent display across different devices and browsers.

Colour Scheme
Choosing your colour scheme is an exciting opportunity to inject personality and visual interest into your overall design. By utilizing a consistent color scheme across all your content, including posts, adverts, album covers, and more, you can effectively build your visual brand.
Your color scheme will consist of 2 background colors and 3 accent colors. The background colors will set the overall tone of your website, while the accent colors will add highlights to key elements, breathing life into your design.
To find colors that work harmoniously together, we recommend using a color palette generator (click the button below). Press the spacebar to generate a new color palette. If you come across colors you particularly like, you can lock them by hovering over the color and clicking the padlock icon.
Start by selecting your background colors as they will be the most prominent on your website. Once you’ve made your choices, move on to the 3 accent colors.
Each color will be represented by a 6-digit number (e.g. 250902). You can easily copy and paste this number into the color pickers provided below. Alternatively, you can select the color on this page by clicking “choose color.”
We will implement your chosen color scheme, and you will have the flexibility to fine-tune it yourself at a later stage.

Theme
When creating the colour scheme for your website, it’s important that we consider the vibe and atmosphere you want to create for your audience.
Do you envision a dark and edgy theme that reflects your alternative or rock music? Or perhaps a light and vibrant theme that resonates with your pop or folk style?
The color scheme you choose can have a significant impact on how your music is perceived and the emotional connection it evokes.
A dark theme can add an element of mystery and intrigue, ideal for genres like metal or electronic. It sets the stage for a unique and immersive experience.
On the other hand, a light theme can create a clean and uplifting ambiance, suitable for genres like indie or acoustic. It can convey a sense of warmth and accessibility.
